Madison went to the Regional Championship full of confidence as they played rivals TCA for the third time this season. Once again the Mustangs came out on top to get a 100% record against TCA this season with a scorline of 2-0 to crown themselves Regional Champions.
The Madison Mustangs defeat rivals TCA for the second time this season to win the District Championship by a score of 2-0.
The Mustangs played Chester County in the District Semifinal on Tuesday and came out with a great 3-1 result for a chance at winning the District Tournament against rivals TCA. David Weissenfluh scored a fantastic volley from a rebound after a well struck corner kick by Edward Havercamp.
The 2015/2016 season ends with a defeat to Sheffield. The score of the game was 1-0. Sheffield scored in the final minutes of the game to defeat the Mustangs and go on to the State Tournament.
The Mustangs tied one of their biggest rivals 2-2. Muhammed Elsebae opened the scoring with an exciting goal and the team would then go 2-0 up through a Sacred Heart own goal. Unfortunately Sacred Heart went on to score with what seemed to be an offside goal and then tie the game due to defensive errors.
The Mustangs win their first silverware of this season with a win against JCS. The Mustangs worked hard throughout the tournament and it payed off with this win. The Mustangs are now setting their sights on the next objective.
Madison Academic High School defeats Lexington 4-1 in the Best of the West Semifinal game. Muhammed Elsebae scores two goals past Lexington while Adam Joyner and Jonathan Timby each get one to send Madison through to the 2016 Best of the West Final.
Madison Academic defeats Chester County 3-2 to move on to the Best of The West Semifinal against Lexington. Goals by Joseph Soriano, Timby and Muhammed sealed the win for the Mustangs as they look to win the tournament.
